Sri Anantha Chary holds the pivotal position in the management of the Chary group of companies. After taking on the role of successor to Sri M. P. Chary, he was able to demonstrate his sharp business acumen and leadership abilities in a very little time. Since he became the Chairman of the group in 2005, the group companies have been set on a fast track of progress and prosperity. |

| On obtaining his masters degree in chemistry and further two years of research in the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Sri Anantha Chary took up various functional responsibilities in the Chary group of companies. For over a decade, he was also involved as a director of strategic planning for the group. When the time came for someone to assume the responsibility as the head of the group after the sudden and unfortunate demise of the group's founder, Sri Anantha Chary's vast knowledge and rich experience marked him as the most natural choice to fill this position. |

Mr. V. L. N. Madhusuhan has vast Managerial experience in Logistics and Industry. He has done his Master's in Commerce. His experience in management span over 3 decades. He hold various honorary memberships in Government and other social bodies, important among them being member, Tripartite standing committee on minimum wages Government of Andhra Pradesh, Management Committee member, A.P. Federation Transport Association, A.P. Motor Union Congress, Transport Committee, A.P. Federation of Chamber of Commerce etc. He joined the Board of Magene and will become instrumental in doing the business to new heights. |
